Profile: model: SFML semi-auto laminating machine is post-press equipment which laminates pre-glued or glueless film with printed paper. This machine is suitable for pre-glued film and glueless film. The machine is equipped with frequency converter for infinitely variable speed, and runs stably. It is also furnished with unique anti-curvature device. When the laminated paper is conveyed through the anti-curvature device and cut as paper sheets, the cut paper is not curly again but kept even and straight. The pressure roller is driven by hydraulic cylinder. There are heating tubes in heating roller, which need heating conduction oil. Cutting rollers are driven by pneumatic cylinder. Paper which is laminated by this machine is excellent in adhesiveness, with high transparency and high three-dimension.

The whole machine centralizes the features of advanced design, reasonable configuration, stable performance, elegant appearance, small size, quick temperature rise, easy operation, long service life and convenient and easy maintenance.

The machine adopts BOPP pre-glued film or glueless film to do single-side lamination with printed paper.
