Round slitting knife used is fixed on the stand which is covered on the shaft, locked by pin above the film roll. The left and right position of knife stand is fixed by register rings. When the film roll needs to be cut, please lift up knife stand by hand, and pull up the pin. Put down the knife stand gently to set the knife onto the film. Adjust the position of knife stand according to film width to be cut, lock the register rings at both sides. Stick the cut film by adhesive plastics. With the machine running, the film will be cutting down, and the cut film is still on the roll. When slitting is not required, just raise the knife stand, the knife will be automatically locked on the shaft.

Working principle,Paper sheets fed by automatic feeder are transferred to the front register and laminated with film. The laminated paper sheets go through anti-curve device, then to slitting system and at last to delivery table, the whole laminating process finishes.
