SC-1050+2+Y is a two lamination unit Thermal Film Laminating Machine with good synchronization system.Some printing,such as full black color,full red color,when we do lamination process,the quality requirement is very higher than normal color.At this kind of suitation,since more set lamination is good enough,no any space to improve,our GMB innovative to creat two lamination unit for the machine.It has good synchronization system to insure machine running in good order.Also,after lamination some paper need to be folden and make into boxes.If lamination quality is not good enough,film will break,our machine will solve this problem properly.
It is featured in the compact structure, humanized design and high automation. Stable feeding, induction system used for heating roller to make the precise laminating temperature.In electrical system, PLC controller is equipped, which makes the high precision of paper feeding smooth running, long service life and easy maintenance.
SC-1050+2+Y is used for BOPP thermal film. The machine is equipped with automatic feeding, automatic separation after lamination, and has stable, high-effective features. Famous Delta Schneider, Omron electrical components are used in the machine to ensure the stability and safe. The machine is automatic, feeder is automatic feeding, induction(electromagnetic) heater is used for heating roller to keep the precision of laminating temperature. PLC control system is also used in this machine. It has the advantages of high precise feeding, stable working, long service lift and convenient maintenance. It is suitable to laminate those products like cards, certificates, files, book covers, and packaging boxes etc.
(1) Feeding system:servo-control feeding, automatic machine-stop device when lack of paper or broken paper is controlled by sensor (2) Non-sop pile stacker: there are main and assistant lifting tables, no need to stop the machine to put the paper, so productivity can be ensured. (3) Overlapped control system: servo control, synchronous running with feeder, front register is precisely controlled by mechanical cam, ensure even paper overlapped. (4) Side register system: servo control, synchronous running with feeder, precisely controlled by mechanical cam, ensure paper sides in good order. (5) Intelligent induction(electromagnetic) heating roller: external electromagnetic heater and interior temperature sensor and controller, heating temperature stable, even, and good performance. (6) Man-machine interface system: colorful screen, easy and simple operation. Operator can check the working status of machine at any time. (7) Pressure system: pressure is provided by hydraulic pump, big and stable pressure, simple pressure adjusting. (8) Separation system: there is servo controlled burst roller with ultrasonic sensor. Separation position can be easily adjusted according to paper size. (9) Automatic delivery system: automatic pneumatic delivery can make the paper in good order. (10) Driving system: Big power motor, through gear, chain wheel, sends to each roller. Feeding and overlapping is controlled by servo motors.(10) Pneumatic system: convenient, no pollution. Provides the stable air source for the machine. (11) Electrical system: Delta PLC, inverter, convenient speed regulation, stable running and no noise.
